Galac-Tac Enclave Armor

I only made the armor pieces, including the helmet, chest piece, shoulder pads, and the backpack. The clothes themselves came from a set made by Maksim Bugrimov: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/oAZblq

The mod group purchased this from cgtader, and I built off it from there.

Main inspirations are the Shore Trooper and the Death Trooper helmets. We ended up making this helmet a part of our Enclave faction. We chose this more Star Wars Imperial direction to tie into our Mando theme. While the Enclave faction had it's own skin, I made skins to fit every piece of armor so kitbashing would be easy for users of the mod. The main idea from our lead was to let every single piece of armor fit together, regardless of faction, which brought challenges, but in the end brought a much better product. It also made me optimize my texturing workflow to allow modularity, which made me work more efficiently. Also, as I have transitioned to Modo in work and in my modding, none of this was Sub-D. I made this with the rounded edge shader, with tricks I have learned at Visual Purple, while the shader is not perfect, it gets very close results with insane significant time savings, I plan to use it in conjunction with traditional sub-d modeling in the future.
